Returns

We hope that you love your new arrivals but if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price excluding the original postage cost. 

Please look after your unwanted Items once you have decided to return them - even if they are faulty - They must be returned undamaged/unused and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in and the box they were sent in, filled with the protective packaging. It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging.  

We advise that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.  We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged. 

You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty. 

D A M A G E S 

Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. Please keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us within 48 hours in order for us to claim from our postal carrier.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
